Order Cancellation Policy

At Freeland Industries, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may cause you to cancel your order. We want to make this process easier while maintaining fair standards for our customers. Please take a moment to read our order cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation of Order before Shipping:

• If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund the full amount of your purchase, including shipping costs, within 14 days of your cancellation request.

2. Cancellation of Order after Shipment:

• If your order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, please contact us immediately. You will need to return the items at your own expense. Once the items are received in good condition, we will refund the order amount, less delivery costs.

3. Personalized Items:

• For personalized or custom-made items, order cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us to discuss options.

4. Cancellation Process:

• To request cancellation of an order, please contact us by telephone or email providing the order number and relevant details.

5. Refunds:

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment method.

We ship everywhere in Canada and the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska

For in-stock products, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Next day delivery is available on all domestic orders (at an additional cost). International shipping times depend on products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Products that are not in stock take 4-8 weeks for production.
